Complete Paperwork form (CPF)

Please send the CPF link to parents/guardians of campers and adult leaders coming to camp with you.

The link labeled “Responses” opens a Google Drive folder for your group. You’ll see a spreadsheet showing all of the submission data, updated in real-time, as well as PDFs for each form submission.

The response link is for Trip Leaders only as it contains sensitive health information submitted through the CPF.

It is your responsibility as trip leader to ensure that all of their students and leaders have filled out the CPF one week prior to camp.
